thought it was so reasonable coming back at end of trip.

lovely staff especially lady in the juice bar nothing too much trouble for them

best to hire motorbike or car to get around as not near much but a couple of place to eat across dual carriageway

Overall, not too bad

Rooms were comfortable and fairly clean

The location is in the middle of nowhere, the food was very basic and the restaurant was not attended properly, no closet or safe.

everything you need for a great price

Cold aircon, great room with everything you need, nice pool, cool location being able to see the big Buddha from the south facing room I was in.

would’ve been nice to had somewhere to hang out wet clothes other than the balcony railing

Breakfast was very good. rooms were clean. motorcycle rental available at the hotel which was convenient

We stayed here for 7 days. And never come back.

I like the price and friendly staff who serve the breakfast. Room cleaning service is also good. Aircon works properly. Spacious hall and free parking.

It’s not the 5 star hotel. Maximum 4* or even 3*. Breakfast is good for hostels not for hotels: rice or noodle, watermelon or pineapple, scrambled eggs or omelette, chicken sausage, cabbage leaves. That’s all they can offer. Every 7 days we have the same, no changes. Kids corner is dirty and almost all toys are broken. Pool bar doesn’t work. At gym there are 2 treadmills and one is out of service. We booked a room with Mountain View. In fact they provided a room with parking view)) On my question about the view the administrator offered me to refund my money and no another option)

Ok for a short stay

Very pleasant & clean hotel, spacious rooms also. Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel & it’s very quiet so no issues with sleeping etc.

Little disappointed with our stay - the spa wasn’t open, neither was the pool bar & we were there over the new year break so had hoped more would be available. The facilities are very limited for a 5 star hotel & the options for breakfast/ dinner were also limited. Perhaps they need more staff? We also had the New Years Eve meal which was also disappointing as all courses were cold & we sent ours back (£50 for the two of us) so not overly expensive but consider expensive for Thailand. The location is also tricky with this hotel. The stay was fine for us but it would have been better if all facilities in the hotel were available.

room for improvement

the breakfast staff was friendly and nice. Pool was good.

gym too small and running machines dont work. the room was not quite clean when we did check in. there were coffee stains on the table and bathroom had someone’s hair on the floor so asked them to clean the room again but they did not. Also we Rented a bike from the hotel - we got it with empty tank so we went to fuel it up. we got to ride about 2km and the bike did not work anymore as the battery was empty. when we called to the hotel they could not speak English and all they said is we need to come back to hotel. we paid to a mechanic to charge the battery. when we got back to the hotel they told us they will fix the bike but after 4 hours they gave us a refund for the rent but no compensation for the full tank of gas or the fixing of the bike. :(

Comfortable and clean.

Over all the hotel was clean and tidy and the staff very polite and helpful

Our reservation got mucked up and my sister and I had to share a bed (which was clearly 2 single beds pushed together anyway so why couldn't they seperate them?). They upgraded us to a bigger room for the muck up but the fridge was still too small and there was no microwave. Also there was a buffet breakfast served from 6:30-10:30am, but unless you were there right at 6:30 the massive tour groups staying there would hoard all the food only to waste most of it (I have seen other buffets with a policy stating that if food is left on your plate, they weigh it and you have to pay for it. I think this is a great idea as it reduces waste and means everyone gets a fair turn at the buffet). Then when we went to use the swimming pool next to the restaurant the staff were being so loud while they were cleaning it was hard to relax.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and very hospitable

It’s a bit far to walk around which made it a bit inconvenient but they have a great taxi service. Very reliable and safe to drive with!

I liked the stay but will not go back there again

The staff were nice and the room was clean.

The location was not good as we could not find anything close by to eat. Very slim option and too far from town. Cost heaps for the taxi.
